Customer representative answered right away when I called, and she set up an appointment for the exact time as I requested because my sceguale is very tight. Also they call me 30 min. before they arrived at my house. The technician was friendly, extremely helpful and very professional.

I was having problems with my Kenmore washer which wasn’t spinning and draining the repaired the washer within 45 minutes and also was kind enough to clean the lint which was building into my dryer vent line completely free of charge.

I have used Houston appliance repair twice now.  (I turned to Houston appliance repair after another appliance repair company came and installed the wrong part in my oven, and then cancelled a follow up appointment to come and fixed the mess). They show up on time and my oven problem was taking care right away.

The second time was they come came to the rescue when my ice maker was leaking pretty badly and it was flooding my kitchen. They show up within 45 min. fixed the leak within 20 min. They didn’t even charge me extra for the emergency call. 

I will definitely turn to them again!

I was nervous about calling a appliance repair company without a personal recommendation, but almost every appliance repair company had completely failed us - didn't return calls, never showed up, etc. So I googled for dryer repair company and found Houston appliance repair. I was then plain lucky -- a neighbor had Houston appliance repair out that very evening to fix his gas oven and I saw the vans outside, so I was able to speak with the technician and get a personal quote. It was reasonable.

That's the background, here's the review of my experience with them: these guys rock (to quote my four year-old). Having given a quote at 5pm on Monday, they booked the repair appointment for lunchtime on the next day Tuesday. And they show up at the exact time. I've never had that with any other service. Their customer service is excellent they answered every time. No matter what time. I love it.

They did everything we wanted for exactly the quoted price. And they even try to throw in some extras. They were polite, clean, and professional. Basically, everything you DON'T expect of appliance repair technician.

Wow! You guys are great.

I searched the online Yellow Pages on Sunday night after 8 pm. This company was the only one with good recommendations. I sent a request for my gas stove to be repaired on Monday late morning to afternoon. At 7:55am Monday morning I was called, and given a 2p.m.-4p.m. appointment repair window. The appliance repair tech arrived at 2.30. My stove was fixed for a very reasonable price within 50 minutes. I would use these guys again in a minute. Just the best!

I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with your company! I called this morning to have someone repair our washing machine. I spoke to Fernando and he said he could come out between 11 - 1. I asked him if he could come later in the day, to accommodate my husband's work schedule, since I was also at work, and he said he could come between 2-3. I called him back about 10:30 am, and asked him if he could still come between 11 - 1 instead, and he said yes. I really appreciated the fact that he was so accommodating!

There was a huge thunderstorm today and he called me at 12:45 pm to tell me he was running late due to the heavy traffic and that he would be at our house in 45 minutes. He got there at 1:30 pm, exactly when he said he would! My husband was a little nervous because he had to meet a client at his office at 2 pm. He called me 15 minutes later to tell me that Fernando had already fixed our washer and my husband was headed back to his office. It ended up costing us less than Sears quoted us for the same repair.

By the way, when I called Sears this morning (Friday), they said the earliest they could send a repairman to repair our washer would be next Wednesday!

I am elated that (1) I don't have to be without a washing machine on a long holiday weekend, (2) Fernando was able to come to our house the same day that I called, and (2) it cost us less than we expected, since Fernando said the part was inexpensive and didn't charge us for it.

I am definitely going to keep your number and will give your information to all of my friends!
